Green Goddess

We use this when we fondue to stuff mushrooms before breading and frying.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 stalks green onion
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop the green onions
  • Stir all ingredients together in bowl until well combined
  • Chill for 30 mins for best flavor before using
