When I was in my 20’s I went to the melting pot and had amazing Green Goddess Stuffed and Breaded Mushrooms in oil fondue. I spent the rest of my 20’s trying to find a recipe that I could make at home 馃檪

Green Goddess
We use this when we fondue to stuff mushrooms before breading and frying.
Ingredients
- 1 录 cups mayonnaise
- 陆 cup sour cream
- 3 stalks green onion
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Chop the green onions
- Stir all ingredients together in bowl until well combined
- Chill for 30 mins for best flavor before using
